To ensure our participation in the fair is successful,proper organization from our team is crucial.

We'll hold multiple meetings prior to the event, with one specifically dedicated to organizing the attending employees. 

Each employee will be individually briefed on schedules, locations, and their assigned tasks: 

  • Cashiers: Two cashiers will handle customer inquiries, sales of knives, and assist in the "Build Your Own Knife"workshop.
  • Ham Cutter: Responsible for demonstrating knife quality by slicing ham, cheese, and vegetables.
  • Technicians: Tasks include setting up the booth,lights, sound, and ensuring everything runs smoothly.
  • Community Manager: Engages with social media to attract potential clients.
  • Project Manager: Responsible for overall event organization and ensuring everything runs smoothly.


For the fair, our main materials requirements include:

  • The stand: this is crucial, as it will display all our products.
  • A table: Positioned on one side, this will be used for the ham cutter's demonstration, along with a ham holder made by our company.
  • Another table: Placed on the opposite side, this will accommodate a milling machine and a sharpener for the workshop. 
  • Knives: Naturally, we'll need a variety of knives, including pocket knives, kitchen knives, and other utensils such as cutlery and blenders.
  • Advertising materials: An advertising employee will be responsible for printing posters and information cards to be displayed at the stand.
  • Financial Resources: We have a budget allocated for the project, covering expenses such as rentals, materials, personnel, and transportation.
  • This budget will ensure that all necessary resources are available to execute the project successfully.
